ADOPTED BUILDING CODES
City Council approved adoption of the 2021 International Code Council (ICC) Building Codes and the 2023 National Electric Code on April 2, 2024 (effective April 2, 2024). All building and fire code permit applications received on or after that day will be reviewed for compliance with the new codes.
